But why do Muslims have to copy them and degrade themselves.

Talk about putting the fear of the “Wicked Americans” into the mindset of your community! I can assure you Americans aren’t laughing at them! They look beautiful and stylish, and creative dressing to their own tastes. But I would swear to the fact that YOU are trying to use fear to make these women think others are laughing at them! To me that’s bullying behavior, and forcing your opinions on them!
In a country (Turkey) with many varieties of Churches: Armenian Apostolic, Anatolian, Armenian Catholic, Armenian Evangelical/Protestant, Greek Orthodox, European Catholic, Anglican and Protestant…Why would you assume all these women are Muslim Women… and then feel the need to justify shaming them for how they are dressing by saying Americans must be laughing at them? Shame on you!!! Did you ever hear of “To each his own!”!
If it’s not right for you to dress this way…cover up, dress modestly to your own tastes or what is according to your own religion…and worry about yourself Mind your manners and mind your business!
